Aer the account registraon process, review the CheckVideo License Agreement

(Figure 18).

Enter the contact informaon for both an administrave and technical contacts.

Select all of the opons that describe your relaonship with CheckView:

• Equipment Distributor: Mark this opon if you intend to purchase and resell

CheckView equipment.

• Soware Services Distributor: Mark this opon if you plan to purchase and

resell access to CheckView soware services.

• End User Agreement: Mark this opon to use the CheckVideo hardware and/

or soware services.

Mark that you have read and agree to all terms and condions (Figure 19).

Click the Yes, I Agree buon (Figure 20).

Proceed to Step 6 to add your CheckVideo device.

Note: If using Internet Explorer 8 in compability mode and the License

Agreement buons won’t submit the form, click the “broken page”

icon on the toolbar to turn compability mode o and then

resubmit the License Agreement.
